Kim Dunaway

Kim Dunaway, Office Manager

I joined the dental field in 2001 when I began working for Drs. Parkey and Davis. I am a lifelong resident of Bono. I joined the ADC family in 2009. In my role as Office Manager, I take pride in ensuring that everything from front to back runs smoothly and that's about our patients and staff have a great experience! I married the man of my dreams, Brian, in 2005. We have two sons, Austin and Tyler, who attend Westside High School. They are very active in sports, so you can find us in the stands cheering for the Warriors every chance we get! When we are not at work or ball games, we enjoy participating in church activities and going to the river.


Michelle Eastep

Michelle Eastep, Office Manager (Paragould Location), ADAA Director

I am originally from Jonesboro. I graduated from Nettleton High School in 1998 and began working in the dental field in 2001 and have been working with the ADC family since 2004. I have experience in both clinical and reception/insurance aspects of the office and enjoy helping patients when they have questions or concerns. I am also the director of the Arkansas Dental Assistant Academy and love teaching new students about the dental field. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Pete, and my sons, Archer & Audrey.


Kelsey Turner

Kelsey Turner, Front Desk Coordinator

I am originally from Lake City, Arkansas. I graduated from Riverside High School in 2008(Go Rebels!) I joined the ADC team in November of 2010 as an assistant after attending the Arkansas Dental Assistant Academy. I am currently the front desk coordinator in the Jonesboro office. I love being able to help our patients feel comfortable and at ease about their visits. I have been with the love of my life, Daniel, since May of 2009. Daniel has a daughter, Bailey who is 6 and we just welcomed our precious son, Lane, in March of 2015. I enjoy spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing and try to spend every free moment I have with my family.

Lola Beal, Front Desk Coordinator

I have worked in the dental field for 18 years and just recently joined the Arkansas Dental Clinic team in January of 2017, where I have found my new home and new "sisters". I love getting to know all the new patients that I meet every day. I grew up in Tennessee and moved to Jonesboro in 1999. I married my husband, Jonathan, in 2005. We have 3 beautiful children, Bret, Cody, and Lee, and are sadly experiencing life as empty nesters. In my free time, I enjoy scrapbooking traveling to see family and spending as much time with my children as possible.


Meredith McMillon

Meredith Smith, Marketing Coordinator

I graduated from Greene County Tech and attended college at both Black River Tech & Arkansas State University. I have over 10 years experience in the Medical, Pharmaceutical, and Dental field. Marketing is my passion because I love socializing with the public and learning what they want from a dental office. Luckily, we have it all right here at Arkansas Dental Clinic! I am happy to have found employers that I am PROUD to represent on a daily basis. I am the President the Paragould Rotary Club, a member of the Paragould Young Professionals, Partners in Education, Business & Professional Women's Group, and a Rotaract Club Mentor. I also enjoy hosting Botox & Juvederm Parties at local salons with Dr. Craig Davis. I have a little boy named Colt who was born in 2013. He is my best friend and partner in crime. My life was not complete until he was born!

Pam Morris

Pam Morris, Dental Hygienist

I am originally from Jonesboro. I graduated from Nettleton High School in 1999. I joined the dental field in 2004 after attending Concorde Career College for dental assisting. In 2009 I returned to Concorde for my dental hygiene degree and transitioned from Dr. Parkey's assistant to join the ADC team as a hygienist in 2010. I love coming to work and building strong relationships with my patients. My husband, Shon, and I have been married since 2008. We have two children, Payton, born in 2012 and Barrett, born in 2015. They definitely keeps us on our toes! When I'm not at work, I enjoy reading, watching soaps and spending lots of time with Payton & Barrett!


Lindsay Privett

Lindsay Privett, Dental Hygienist

I am originally from Jonesboro. I graduated from Nettleton High School in 2007. I have been with Arkansas Dental Clinic since August 2012. I absolutely love my job, all of my wonderful patients, and my awesome co-workers. It makes coming to work so easy and fun! I really enjoy getting to know my patients on both a professional and personal level. I believe it makes coming to the dentist's office more like coming to see friends! When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Tyson, seeing my friends and family, going to the lake, watching Memphis Grizzly basketball games, playing with our Lab, Jake, and just relaxing!


Megan Clayton

Megan (Heilman) Clayton, Dental Hygienist

I joined the dental field in 2008 as an assistant and then moved on to the Receptionist/ Scheduling Coordinator responsibilities, first at Parkey and Davis and later at ADC.

In 2011, I returned to Corcorde Career College for my dental hygiene degree. After graduating, I came back to my ADC family, where you'll now find me doing double-duty as both a scheduling coordinator and hygienist!

My favorite thing about my job is helping patients realize that the dentist office can be a pleasant experience and to learn to love their smile again. My husband Scott and I have two children, Cooper & Avery.

I enjoy cheering on the ASU Redwolves Football Team, shopping with Avery, and spending time with my family.

Cheyenne Hartley, Dental Assistant

I grew up in Bono and graduated from Westside High School in 2009. I attended the Arkansas Dental Assistant Academy and joined the ADC team as a Clinical Assistant in 2011.

The thing I love most about my job is assisting our wonderful doctors, constantly learning new things, and making patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment!

In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, working in my garden, going to the lake and river, and spending time with my wonderful husband, Paul, and our dog Belle.

I graduated from Marked Tree High School in 2003 and joined the Arkansas Dental Clinic team in November of 2012 after attending the Arkansas Dental Assistant Academy. As a dental assistant I enjoy seeing so many familiar faces everyday & making my patients feel at ease.

I have been married to my husband, Titus Crockett, for 4 years and have 3 beautiful children, Jaylen, Jade, & Qualenta. I enjoy spending time with my family, singing with my church praise and worship team, and going to my children's various activities


Reyna Bonilla

Reyna Bonilla, Dental Assistant

I graduated from Nettleton High School in 2011. I then attended Arkansas Dental Assistant Academy in 2013 where I obtained a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license and joined the Arkansas Dental Clinic team shortly after. I enjoy building relationships with patients and find their trust very rewarding. For me, coming to work everyday can mean a new experience. I have been with my boyfriend Abel for five years and together we raise a three year old daughter, Katia. Summer is my favorite and I am down for any fun outdoor activity! I strongly believe that every woman needs some retail therapy as a stress reliever, so I practice it when I can. Some of my time off may also consist of watching/cheering at soccer (futból) games due to my boyfriends passion for the sport!

I went to Paragould High School & graduated in 2010. I later attended Arkansas Dental Academy in the fall of 2014 and started working at Arkansas Dental Clinic this past November. I have an adorable 4 year old son named Zayne.

I am a Spanish speaking Dental Assistant with over 5 years of dental experience. I graduated from Brookland High School. I have been married over 15 years to my best friend, David, and have a sweet boy named Isaac. I'm a ministers wife and attend Greater Vision Church in Paragould. When not busy for the Kingdom of God, I love spending time with my family!

I graduated from Trumann High School in 2004 and am still happy to call Trumann home. I attended the Arkansas Dental Assistant Academy and proudly accepted a job with Arkansas Dental Clinic in 2017. As a dental assistant, I love helping patients understand the importance of oral health. I also enjoy seeing familiar faces, since I get to work in our Trumann location.

When not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, but especially my two wonderful boys.

Evelyn Miller, Dental Assistant


I've lived in Jonesboro since 2000 and I graduated from Valley View High School in 2010. I joined the Arkansas Dental Clinic team in December 2016 after attending the Arkansas Dental Assistant Academy. The thing I enjoy most about being an RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) at Arkansas Dental Clinic is getting to meet and help our wonderful patients everyday. I have been married to my husband, John Miller, for 5 years and we have two little girls, Cambrie(4) and Ivy(1). Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching Crossfit and being outside as much as possible.

Jenica Reynolds, Dental Assistant


I grew up in Norfork, AR and then graduated from Greene County Tech in 2013. In January 2017, I attended Arkansas Dental Assistant Academy and began working for Arkansas Dental Clinic in April! I am currently engaged to my fiancé, Ashton, and have a beautiful 2 year old stepdaughter named Stella. Being an RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) is so amazing because I get to meet new people and make a difference in their lives! I enjoy cooking, spending time outside with my family, and going on all of the adventures I possibly can. I can't wait to see what my future at Arkansas Dental Clinic has in store for me!
