Dr. Sandlin Family

Dr. Jacob Sandlin, D.D.S

A native of Northeast Arkansas, Dr. Sandlin attended Arkansas State University and went on to attend the University of Tennessee Dental School in Memphis to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Arkansas State Dental Association and Northeast Arkansas Dental Society and attends continuing education courses each year in order to stay up to date with the latest dental advances.

He is a firm believer in treating every patient like family and providing a comfortable dental experience with excellent care for the entire family. Dr. Sandlin's easy-going demeanor calms even the most anxious patient and makes everyone feel right at home.

Dr. Sandlin and his wife, Emily, are the extremely proud parents of their daughter, Evie and son, Ezra. They love spending time with family and friends and are very involved with their extended family at the Southwest Church as well.


Dr. Brett Dagen

Dr. Brett Dagen, D.D.S.

Dr. Dagen is a native of Millington, Tennessee. He graduated cum laude from Rhodes College, where he received his bachelors degree in Biology. Dr. Dagen attended dental school at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis, graduating with honors. He recently moved to Memphis and lives on Mud Island.

In his spare time, Dr. Dagen enjoys playing kickball, running, and spending time with his dog, Penny. In December, he will attempt to complete his third half-marathon during the St. Jude Memphis Marathon Weekend.

Dr. Dagen strives to treat all of his patients like family and enjoys seeing a wide variety of patients and working with them to address their various treatment needs.


Dr. Jonathan Cook

Dr. Jonathan Cook, D.D.S.

Dr. Jonathan Cook DDS., a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry, has returned to his hometown of Jonesboro, Arkansas to practice with Dr. Parkey and Dr. Davis at their Arkansas Dental Clinic locations in Northeast Arkansas. Dr. Cook is a graduate of Jonesboro High School and the University of Arkansas. He is looking forward to returning to Arkansas and making Jonesboro his home again, along with his wife, Kelley, and son, Grayson. Dr. Cook is a member of the ADA and ASDA. Dr. Cook hopes to create lasting relationships with his patients and have a positive influence on their appearance and self esteem.
